In a tough, competitive NYC real estate market, the developers of 444 turned to Tim Hunter Design to conceive and develop a media sculpture for the newly renovated lobby of their Class A commercial property in New York City. Their goal was to generate interest and excitement while enhancing the cache of the property for their tenants and guests.

For this project, THD created a “floating” LED Light Sculpture and activated it with abstracted digital media. Some content segments were conceived to portray seasonal images while others provide a sense of movement and motion reminiscent of both pedestrian and vehicular traffic passing in front of the building.

The results are impressive and succeed in differentiating this high-profile property located on Madison Avenue in Manhattan.
